ABOUTBrad Wiley purchased the land for this vineyard in 1971, planting the furthest west Pinot Noir at this time in the area now known as the Deep End. He began planting the vineyard in tranches between 1972 and 2023, The oldest vines still extant are the Riesling planted in 1973, at 2.5 acres.
Owner Brad Wiley is a big supporter of the AV Housing Foundation and its goals since its formation in the early 1980s. In recent years, as the need for low cost housing in the Valley has become more urgent, he has been an important contributor to its annual campaigns.
